Fear of failure

Primary fear of making mistakes or failing. Fear of failure can be either positive or negative. Negative fear of failure is the fear of failing in situations where a person is being judged or thinks they are being judged. And that fear acts as a hindrance. Negative fear of failure is spoken of when a person is so gripped by the fear of failure that his performance suffers severely. The first thing to notice about negative fear of failure is, "What's in there doesn't come out."

Symptoms

• For example, you get writing cramps or black out on an exam.
• Failures you attribute to yourself.
• You are insecure and afraid of coming across wrong or doing something wrong.

In many cases, you will try to avoid some situations as much as possible in order not to face your fear of failure. Fear of failure can also eventually lead to driving anxiety. Insufficient knowledge of the traffic rules, incorrect viewing techniques or insufficient control of the vehicle can lead to anxious moments when situations suddenly appear.

During the driving lesson you too are allowed to make mistakes, they are just learning goals. We go through everything step-by-step at your own pace. I help you where necessary and we work together towards the desired result. Eventually you will perform all disciplines of driving independently and when you feel strong in the car you will go for the exam and you will get your license.
